Borned and growed up in Hochiminh city but moved to Hanoi as destined to be,  Chef T.H. Trung founded Lamai Garden, initially La Chérie after get his training in Paris. He brings to the table his own perspective on Vietnamese gastronomy. Aside from delivering his works of creativity and knowledge, through Lamai, he also wants to spread the inspiration to Vietnamese cooks to using local product.
